Overview of our refund policy:
If you pay for any Agent Profile or Property Listing on our site you may request a full refund within 24 hours of publication on our site.
Ongoing hosting (ie public visibility) of the profile or listing will be paid for in arrears and therefore no refund can be requested or due at any time after payment is made.
Upplsit.com use reputable third party payment providers eg Paypal.com to receive payment on or behalf. When you make a payment via one of these payment providers you are deemed to have fully agreed to upplsit.com refund policy detailed on this page.
Any updates to this policy will be notified by an update date at the bottom of this page.
Detailed Refund Policy
Upplist provide 2 types of service:
Upplist provide 2 types of service: -Creating a profile for you (the agent) or you agency -Creating a listing for an individual property requested by you
Each of these services is provided in two stages: -The initial profile or listing creation and publication on Upplist.com (Initial Media Creation) -The ongoing hosting (including public visibility) of the profile or listing on Upplist.com (Ongoing Hosting)
We do not charge for publishing anything (eg images, text, video, maps etc) in relation to the profile or listing on any other site eg Youtube.com, Google Sites, Pinterest or any third party site.
(Initial Media Creation) - Refunds
You are deemed to have agreed to accepting any charges we levy for (Initial Media Creation), as soon as you have added data via one of our forms or uploaded any media assets.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order and request a full refund.
It will be assumed by you and by upplist.com that the (Initial Media Creation) will be completed within 5 days of completion of the order at which stage it will be live on upplsit.com and visible to site visitors who visit the specific url of the Profile or Listing. If you find that (Initial Media Creation) is not ‘live’ at Upplist.com within 5 days you agree that it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and give us 2 business days to publish before requesting a refund.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours (Initial Media Creation) and request a full refund.
(Ongoing Hosting) - Refunds
Ongoing hosting is charged as a repeat payment via our third party payment provider on an ongoing basis, usually monthly, but we may offer other time intervals for payments.
Ongoing hosting is always charged in arrears. Eg your first payment for ongoing hosting of the profile or listing may be due 30 days after your initial order (or any other number of days agreed at time of order).
Immediately each ongoing hosting payment is paid by you, you are deemed to have confirmed that the hosting has been provided to a satisfactory standard. You agree that there will be no refund due after payment is received under any circumstances.
In placing an order you agree that immediately after (Initial Media Creation) and during any subsequent hosting periods you can visit the profile or listing at any time to ensure that the consent is accurate and visible to any member of the public in the United States who visits that web page.
Upplsit.com make every effort to ensure the site (hosting your profile of listing) is ‘live’ on the internet and visible to anyone in the United States. You accept that due to unforeseen circumstances the webpage displaying the profile may be unavailable for 3% of the current ongoing hosting period. Note Upplist.com aim for 99.8% uptime of our website and all pages.
You accept that Upplsit.com make no promises as to where any webpage or digital asset eg video, map or image will ‘rank’ on any search engine for any specific term, and that failure to ‘rank’ these pages or digital assets will not be a reason to request a refund.
